While Ben Gates is presenting new information about John Wilkes Booth and the 18 pages missing from Booth's diary, a man by the name of Mitch Wilkinson stands up and presents a missing page of John Wilkes Booth's diary. Thomas Gates, Ben's great-grandfather, is mentioned on the page. It shows that Ben's great-grandfather was a co-conspirator in Abraham Lincoln's murder. When doing more research, the conspiracy takes Ben, Abigail Chase, and Riley Poole to Buckingham Palace (which they break into). They discover a plank that has early Native American writing on it. The plank has only one symbol that Patrick Gates can identify. The symbol is Cibola (see-bowl-uh) meaning the City of Gold. Well I watched this movie last night . I work at a a movie theatre so we watche everything before we release it. And i must say that I really liked this one. I think it was maybe not BETTER than t the first one, but different. It was fast moving and kept me guessing what was gonna happen next. i would def reccoment it to anyone who is thinking about going to see it. I know its teh Christmas season and alot of new things are coming out soon (believe me i have worked in a theatre long enough to know its about to get REALLY BUSY) but this is def one that i would go see. plus its one the whole family can enjoy. Pretty much...i mean obviously babies woulnt like it. but the two toher people taht watched it with me also enjoyed it. GO SEE IT :)

I went to see this movie when it opened at midnight and I was surprised. I normally don't expect much from sequels but this exceeded all of my expectations and actually left me thinking about a trilogy for this series. If your teetering on whether to see it or not, I would say go. I think you'll enjoy it and hopefully you will.

I looked forward to this movie and was not disappointed. The action is still there jumping from one place to another and the chase scene was really good. I loved the interaction of "his parents" and the ending was great. I want to know what was on page 47. Another sequel maybe? I hope so. Take the whole family to this one--it's fun!

I was very excited for the midnight premiere, but unsure of how well the sequel would actually be. But, this one completely broke the stereotype. In my opinion, it was even better than the first one. I rate this a definite must go, in fact go multiple times! I'm going again tomorrow!

Unlike Pirates of The Caribbean 2 which tasted heavy of a third movie, and was as confusing as plots could be, this Indiana Jones esque sequel sticks to one plot line, has wonderful comedic timing, and adds to its famous cast with Helen Mirren who plays a wonderful opposite to John Voight. The film hints once at a third film, and leaves you in anticipation of another well done work.
